Appointment for a driving test
Motorcycle: Classes 6R – 6A – 6B – 6C
Please note that if you don't obtain the time slot you wanted for your knowledge test, more appointments will be available from February 16 for the month of May and from March 15 for the month of June.
The motorcycle road tests will start again in the spring.
When can you use this online service?
- Monday to Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Sunday from noon to 11 p.m.
Note: Any operation completed after 11:00 p.m. will not be recorded.
You must...
- Be at least 16 years of age;
- Have parental consent (PDF - 69 Kb) if you are a minor;
- Have the identity documents and other documents specified in your appointment confirmation.
- For the road test, have taken a driving course in a school recognized by the SAAQ.
Duration of the tests
- Knowledge: 1 hour
- Road: 50 minutes
Fees
Costs for obtaining a licence for various classes of driver's licence.
Note: Licence fee installment payments can only be made from your personal bank account and not that of another person.
To prepare for the test
The SAAQ recommends studying:
- Driver's Handbook;
- Operating a Motorcycle;
- Check your knowledge online on driving a passenger vehicle or a motorcycle.
