Cancel an Appointment for a Driving Test

When can you use this online service?

• Monday to Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
• Sunday from noon to 11 p.m.

Note: Any operation completed after 11:00 p.m. will not be recorded.

Who can use this online service?

Anyone who has already made an appointment and who wants to cancel it.

To cancel an appointment

• For a knowledge test:
  Cancel your appointment as soon as possible if you are unable to be present at the scheduled time.
• For a road or closed track test:
  Cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before the appointment, otherwise a cancellation fee of $20 will become payable before the test. For example, if you have an appointment at 1 p.m. on November 3, you must cancel before 1 p.m. on November 1.
