To Cancel a Driver's Licence Plus Appointment

When can you use this online service?

• Monday to Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Sunday, noon to 11:00 p.m.

Note: Any operation completed after 11:00 p.m. will not be recorded.

Who can use this online service?

Anyone who has made an appointment and would like to cancel it.

To cancel an appointment

Cancel your appointment as soon as possible if you cannot be present.

You will be billed a $15 charge if you do not cancel the appointment at least 48 hours in advance. For example, if you have an appointment on November 3 at 1:00 p.m., you must cancel the appointment before 1:00 p.m. on November 1.

• Read the information on the protection of personal information;
• Have one of the following documents on hand: your valid probationary licence or driver's licence.
