Lost or Stolen Registration Certificate

You must go to an SAAQ service outlet or to a certified SAAQ agent to receive a new registration certificate.

Remember:

• to bring valid identification (only original IDs are accepted);
•  to cover fees to replace your registration certificate.

Follow the procedure below if you have also lost your health insurance card.
