- your spouse (through marriage or de facto). A de facto spouse is a person of the same or different sex:
- who has been living with you as though married for at least one year; or
- who lives with you as though married and is the biological or adoptive parent (legally or de facto) of at least one of your children.

Submit one of the following documents proving the conjugal relationship:
- the marriage certificate or contract;
- a proof of your shared address (for example, driver's licences with the same address).

- your son or daughter.
- your grandson or granddaughter.
- your brother or sister.
- your father or mother.
- your grandfather or grandmother.
- the son or daughter of your de facto spouse.

Submit one of the following documents proving your family ties:
- the birth certificate that includes the names of the parents;
- the baptismal certificate of the parish;
- a proof of your shared address (for example, driver's licences with the same address and the same last name).

- the spouse of your son or daughter (son-in-law or daughter-in-law).
- the father or mother of your spouse (father-in-law or mother-in-law).
- the grandfather or grandmother of your spouse.
- the brother or sister of your spouse (brother-in-law or sister-in-law).
- the spouse of the brother or sister of your spouse (spouse of the brother-in-law or sister-in-law).
- the spouse of the son or daughter of your de facto spouse.
- the spouse of your brother or sister.
