Motorcycles, Mopeds and Scooters
Motorcycle
A two- or three-wheel passenger vehicle on which at least one of the features differs from those of a scooter or moped. Motorcycles may also be registered with a small “M” licence plate.
Moped and scooter
Passenger vehicle having two or three wheels and a maximum speed of 70 km/h, equipped with an electric motor or a motor having a cylinder capacity of not more than 50 cc with an automatic transmission.
