SAAQ Service Outlets

A network of service outlets is at your disposal. To locate the nearest outlet, first select your administrative region and the service you want. Then select the town or city. The result of the search will give the full name and address, tel., no., etc. of the outlet along with business hours and the services provided in that location, and indicate whether the outlet is an SAAQ service centre or a licensing agent's office.

The SAAQ has two types of service outlets:

  • SAAQ service centres, which are full-service offices. Note: To make payment for a transaction, please note that service centres do not accept credit cards.
  • Licensing agents act on behalf of the SAAQ in processing driver and vehicle licensing payments, as well as vehicle storage and the licensing of stored vehicles for road use.

Please note that all outlets (SAAQ service centres and licensing agents) make available the picture-taking service and photo scanning necessary for the health insurance card and the driver's licence. Renewal of a learner's licence cannot be done through a licensing agent's office.
