Moving? Notify the SAAQ of your new address as soon as you know it. You are required to advise us within 30 days after your new address takes effect; failure to do so leaves you liable to a fine ranging from $95 to $154. This amount is subject to change and includes fines provided under the Highway Safety Code, registry fees and a contribution to IVAC, (Please note that additional fees may apply).
Take note: Should you hold a disabled parking permit but do not have a driver's licence or vehicle registration certificate in your name or a claim file with the SAAQ, you cannot notify us online of your change of address.

Confirmation of your new address will have to be stuck on or kept with your driver's licence until its renewal, according to the kind of licence you have.
For vehicles registered in the name of a business or jointly owned, notification of an address change must be done by mail at an SAAQ service centre or a licensing agent's office.
