Get a permit
Fill out the Disabled Parking Permit Application and if necessary, get a health professional recognized by the program to complete the “Professional Assessment” section, unless you are exempted because you fulfill the conditions indicated on the form.

Renew a permit
If your handicap situation is permanent, a renewal notice will be sent to you approximately two months before your permit expires. Find out the cost of renewing a parking permit and the accompanying certificate.
