Downloading Forms

Step 1:
Click with the right button of your mouse on the link for the form you want to download. Select "Save as".

Step 2:
In the "Save under" dialogue box, choose the directory where you want to save the form and click on "Save".

Step 3:
Once downloading has been completed, close the dialogue box and double-click on the PDF file where it was saved. You can then fill out the form and print it.
