Permit authorizing limits, including the load and equipment, in excess of those for Class 1. This permit is usually a trip permit, however, it may be general in the case of a vehicle that is oversized because of a piece of equipment or for repetitive transport of the same nature where the load dimensions making the vehicle oversized are specified for a given route.
