Payment at a Service Outlet

• Bring your entire payment notice.
• An additional fee will be charged for a payment at an SAAQ service outlet, unless you are required to have your picture taken in addition to the fees. In that case, you will only be charged the cost of the photo and plasticized licence.

Note: Credit cards are not accepted for transactions in SAAQ service centres.

Why pay more?

The SAAQ requires an additional service charge at our service outlets.

You can avoid this service charge by paying:

• at the counter or using an ATM at a financial institution;
• by telephone or by Internet, if you are a member of a caisse Desjardins, or have an account with the National Bank of Canada or the Laurentian Bank;
• by mail.
