If your driver's licence, probationary licence or learner's licence has been cancelled, you can obtain a new one within three years of its cancellation or expiry date. If the licence was cancelled after it expired, the expiry date is the date that applies. You cannot obtain a new licence if yours was suspended or revoked.
If a driver's licence or probationary licence was cancelled or expired more than 3 years, you will be required to pass the necessary knowledge and road tests to be eligible to receive a new licence. To schedule an appointment online, go to Online Services SAAQclic.
