Cancelled Licence - How to Obtain a New One

If your driver's licence, probationary licence or learner's licence has been cancelled, you can obtain a new one within three years of its cancellation or expiry date. If the licence was cancelled after it expired, the expiry date is the date that applies. You cannot obtain a new licence if yours was suspended or revoked.
