Road Test Preparation - Passenger Vehicle (Class 5)

The road test that you must pass to obtain your Class 5 driver's licence has been revised to reflect the content of the Road Safety Education Program, the new driving course from the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ).

As with the Road Safety Education Program, the road test focuses on detecting and anticipating risks, independent driving and sharing the road, especially with vulnerable users. The objective is to issue licences only to those candidates who have achieved enough independence to drive a passenger vehicle safely, cooperatively and responsibly in a variety of driving situations.
