New Residents of Québec Coming from a Jurisdiction that has Standards Equivalent to Québec's
Passenger vehicle
You are not subject to testing on exchange of your passenger vehicle driver's licence for a Québec licence.
Motorcycle
Regardless of whether your driver's licence from your country of origin authorizes you to drive a motorcycle, you must pass all of the SAAQ's knowledge and road tests in order to drive a motorcycle and obtain the equivalent class in Québec.
Other vehicles
