Quebecers who are injured in an automobile accident that occurs in Québec or elsewhere around the world are protected by Québec's public automobile insurance plan. Under Québec's no-fault plan, you may be eligible for compensation, regardless if you were the driver, a passenger, a pedestrian or cyclist, motorcyclist or another type of road user at the time of the accident.
