N.B.: A ruling by the Administrative Tribunal of Québec is considered final.
If a decision has not been rendered after the time limits set by the SAAQ (see Step 8), you can take one of the following actions:
  • file an application directly with the Administrative Tribunal of Québec without awaiting the SAAQ's decision.
