Do you disagree with a decision rendered by a compensation officer? You can file an application for review in writing by completing an “Application for review form”, which you can obtain from the SAAQ by calling one of the following numbers: 1 888 810-2525 or 1 800 463-6898. You have 60 days from the notification date of the decision rendered by the SAAQ to file an application for review. Read the folder entitled The Admistrative Review of a Decision by the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ).	Upon receipt of the application for review, the SAAQ has 90 days to render a decision. If the SAAQ requires you to submit certain documents in support of the application for review or if an examination by a health care professional is required, the SAAQ has an additional 90 days from the date the information requested is received to render a decision.
