STEP 6: Claim processing

| N.B.: The compensation officer is the person at the SAAQ who is responsible for processing your claim. | |
| You provide all the relevant information needed for processing of your claim. | The compensation officer phones you to convey the pertinent information in connection with your claim.
The compensation officer studies the claim, obtains the necessary information, authorizes the payment of indemnities and sends you the written decision by mail. |
