On the road, do you ever: Often Sometimes Never
  • cut off vehicles, pedestrians or cyclists?
  • fail to make mandatory stops at traffic lights or stop signs?
  • fail to respect pedestrians' right of way at crosswalks?
  • fail to signal before turning, changing lanes or passing?
  • tailgate another vehicle, or drive too close to a pedestrian or cyclist when passing?
  • fail to respect other road users' right of way, i.e. at traffic lights, mandatory stops or yield signs?
  • take risks when a heavy vehicle slows you down?

  • ride in the middle of the road or on the sidewalk?
 
On foot, do you ever: Often Sometimes Never
  • cross the road somewhere other than intersections or crosswalks?
  • cross without waiting for the green light or pedestrian signal?
